To meet customers’ needs we have set up
a network of affiliates: each affiliate has access to
a set of utilities that help establish him/her in the market and carry
out subsequent business dealings.
The network provides a coordinated
communication package that makes identification with the company
colours and logo immediate – in short, a “branding” operation that
reinforces team spirit.
Equally important is the company
website: this
acts not only as an out-reaching communication engine but also as an
means of enhancing the internal flow of information.
A
centralised DB (database) sub-divided into fields, industries,
product areas and exclusivity zones provides an essential business tool
to aid organisation and generate opportunities.
The DB will be used to
create a calendar of appointments in which the sales force can present
the machine (brief film on CD, paper-based info etc…) and so create new
business opportunities.
An analysis of just how the DB is being
used
will allow head office to evaluate and improve sales performance.
