Low air consumption
because
working pressure can be adjusted from 0.2 bar to 8/9 bar the machine
can be adapted to the type of surface being cleaned (steel, aluminium,
wood, glass, cement, masonry, stone, composite and innumerable other
materials).
Precise adjustment of
material outflow from gun.
Infinite application range.
Hard-wearing design plus combined with top quality materials and
components make the IBIX®
extremely reliable, thus allowing continuous use and maximum
compatibility with the user’s work schedule.
The F version features an internal
device that allows blasting materials with a very fine particle size to
be used (up to 350 Mesh, that is, with a grain size of 0.038 mm - 0.055
mm equivalent to 38 – 55 mµ).
|
The machine also features
an additional anti-condensate filter, fitted
immediately at the point where compressed air enters the tank; this
blocks any moisture that might form along the compressed air connection
line between compressor and machine.
Moreover, the F2 model – an
improved version of the IBIX®
9 – has been specially designed to allow use of sodium
bicarbonate, a water soluble material approved for contact with
foodstuffs and ideal for cleaning shiny surfaces (oxidised aluminium,
ceramic, stainless steel, polished marble)
See Sodium Bicarbonate and Special Cleaning
The IBIX® 9F provides
excellent performance with all blasting materials having a particle
size from 0.6 mm to 38 mµ!
